Anyone who knows me well would know that my 3 favourite things in the world are traveling , oysters & Champagne. I graduated from uni with a Bachelor degree in Environments (Architecture major), and have since been working at an Architecture firm in Melbourne for the past 15 months. I also studied wine during my undergrad           (Viticulture, Australian wine & global wine history).

The links between Architecture & Wine are not that sparse as you may think, their histories are mutually intertwined. On all those long nights working on a design, a glass would sometimes provide that wine-spiration that pulled a project together. This blog aims to document my traveling wine tour to France (Champagne, Burgundy & Bordeaux) , day by day, one glass at a time.
